The San Marco Dream Apartment
The apartment is designed to envelope you in the Venetian ambience as it provides a central, yet private location to base your travels in the city. Centrally located, so much is available within walking distance: the canals, fine dining, museums, music venues, cafés, and, of course, shopping.
When you arrive at the apartment …
- Getting In: The front door at street level is not locked. Proceed to the first floor and the door ot the apartment will be directly in front of you. The key will be located Venice, Veneto, Italy and can be accessed with the key code provided upon your arrival.
- WiFi: Connect by choosing the “network and using the password”.
- Heating and cooling: Each main room is equipped with its own HVAC, and can be programmed for temperatures individually. Any of the remotes in the apartment can control any of the units. When you would like to adjust the fan, temperature, or just turn it on or off, point a remote at the unit standing a meter or so from the unit and set your preferred option.
- Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped for your stay, and includes an under counter dishwasher, refrigerator, stove and microwave. Plates and glasses are in the cabinets, and silverware and cutlery are in the drawers.
- TV: There are two televisions, one in the main room and one in the bedroom, though we expect you will spend most of your time exploring the city! If you choose to sign in with your own account like Netflix or YouTube, please remember to sign out before you leave.
- Laundry: The washer and dryer are provided for your convenience. They are simple to use and are safe for most clothing. Please reference the wash and dry options when using to select the most appropriate fabric. Please clean the dryer filter after every single use.
- Linens: There are additional linens in the wardrobes in each bedroom should you need them.
- Balcony: The balcony is a historic architectural feature, and with the windows open creates a romantic scene. The balcony is historic and not intended for people, so please do not go out on the balconies.

House Rules for Renting an Apartment
Welcome! We're delighted to have you as a resident. To ensure a comfortable and pleasant living environment for everyone, please take a moment to review these house rules.
1. General Conduct
- Respect for Neighbors: Please be mindful of noise levels, especially between 10 PM and 8 AM. Keep music, television, and conversations at a reasonable volume to avoid disturbing others.
- Common Areas: Help us keep all shared spaces, such as hallways, stairwells, and entryways, clean and free of personal belongings.
- Trash Disposal: Dispose of all garbage in the designated bins or chute. Please ensure recyclables are separated correctly according to local guidelines.
2. No Smoking Policy
- For the health and safety of all residents, smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment and on all common grounds, including balconies, patios, and stairwells. This includes tobacco, e-cigarettes, and any other smoking devices.
3. No Pets Policy
- To maintain a clean and safe environment, pets of any kind are not permitted in the apartment or on the property.
4. Maintenance and Damage
- Please report any maintenance issues or damage to the apartment promptly. This allows us to address the problem quickly and prevent further issues.
- You are responsible for keeping the apartment clean and in good condition throughout your tenancy.
